A note from our hosts at FAO:

We need a digital photo of you to prepare the building passes to allow you to enter the FAO premises.

You may use your cell phone if the photo is taken against a plain white or light-colored background and saved as a JPEG file. The size of the photo should be 5 cm by 5 cm (2 inches square).

You can use the form, including your full name (name and surname) as indicated in your passport.

If you cannot send a photo before arrival, please come to the FAO security gate under the big blue UN flag on Monday, January 8, 2024, between 8:30 and 12:30.
